Cachaça 51
Brazil is the world’s leading producer of sugar cane. Some of it is used to distill cachaça, probably the most widely drunk spirit in the world. Cachaça can have a maximum alcohol content of 48%, anything above is marketed as aguardente de cana. Due to the outstanding quality of Brazilian sugar cane, a number of major international rum producers also source the molasses or even the finished distilled rums from Brazil.
The smooth taste of Cachaça 51, with its floral and fruity aromas, makes it the perfect edition for preparing drinks.
