BROKER’s London Dry Gin
Broker’s London Dry Gin is produced in a 200-year-old distillery in Birmingham using the traditional copper pot still method. The base spirit is quadruple distilled pure grain distillate made from English wheat. Ten tried and tested botanicals from around the world are macerated for 24 hours in the base spirit, which is then distilled a fifth time. What is certain is that the basis for this high-quality gin is fresh juniper berries and spicy coriander. However, to create a true flavour composition, fresh citrus fruit peel such as lemon and orange is used. Nutmeg, angelica root and a hint of cinnamon are also used for the subtle flavour. Other spices give Broker’s Gin its unique flavour. A classic recipe with a dash of playfulness – Broker’s Gin is the result of serious thought and a light-hearted approach.
