- 5cl Sissi Wermut
- 12,5cl Thomas Henry Tonic Water
- raspberries and a slice of lemon
Pour all the ingredients into a wine glass filled with ice cubes and stir briefly. Garnish with raspberries and a slice of lemon.

- 5cl Franz Wermut
- 12,5cl Thomas Henry Berry Tonic
- orange zest
Pour all the ingredients into a wine glass filled with ice cubes and stir briefly. Garnish with an orange zest.
Sissi Lemon
- 5cl Sissi vermouth
- 12,5cl Thomas Henry Bitter Lemon
- lime zest
Pour all the ingredients into a wine glass filled with ice cubes and stir briefly. Garnish with a lemon zest.
Kaiser Mule
- 5cl Franz Wermut
- 2cl Limoncello
- 12,5cl Thomas Henry Ginger Beer
- mint, lime zest
Pour the vermouth and gin into a tumbler glass filled with ice cubes.Top up with ginger beer and garnish with mint and lemon zest.

- 5cl Sissi Wermut
- 2cl Limoncello
- 2cl Cointrau
- 2cl limon juice
- 12,5cl Thomas Henry Pink Grapefruit
- raspberry, grapefruite zest
Pour all the spirits and lemon juice into a glass filled with ice cubes.Top up with Thomas Henry Pink Grapefruit and garnish with raspberries and grapefruit zest.
Negroni Imperial
- 3cl Franz Wermut
- 3cl Hendricks Gin
- 3cl Galliano Aperitivo
- ein Schuss Schlumberger Rosé Brut Sekt
- orange zest
Pour all the spirits into a tumbler glass filled with ice cubes and stir.Add a dash of rosé sparkling wine and stir again carefully. Garnish with an orange zest to finish.
