Mezan X.O Jamaica is a blended rum of absolute premium quality. Strong and full-bodied on the nose with hints of fresh bananas and sweet spices.
Mezan Dominican Republic 2012
This vintage is matured in 2 phases: 3 years of tropical ageing followed by 7 years of continental ageing. Intense nose with vanilla, cinnamon, muscovado notes, coconut, orange blossom and a hint of pepper.
Mezan Jamaica 2010
The rum matures for 3 years in Jamaica. The second maturation process takes place for 9 years in Europe in refill bourbon barrels. Slightly spicy, typical Jamaican notes on the nose with a hint of overripe banana.
Mezan Guyana 2011
This Demerara rum is matured in 2 stages: 3-year tropical maturation in Guyana and then 8-year continental maturation. Fine flavour with delicate wood spice, apricot, pepper notes, some honey vanilla.
